Hayley Dueck is the K–12 Director of Student Support at Nanaimo Christian School. After receiving her teaching degree from Vancouver Island University, she spent 15 years teaching in Calgary before returning to Vancouver Island with her family eight years ago. Throughout her career, Hayley has worked with students across all divisions and has experience in classroom teaching, educational leadership, and inclusive education.

Passionate about Christ-centred education, Hayley is committed to helping schools cultivate communities where every student is known, valued, and supported to thrive. She enjoys partnering with school teams and families to create learning environments characterized by belonging and meaningful support for diverse learners. Recognizing the importance of every staff role, she has deeply valued spending recent years gaining a fuller understanding of the role of educational assistants and empowering them in their work.
