Leading through Change and Complexity is a Community of Practice (CoP) for Christian school leaders seeking to lead adaptive change, harness the energy of resistance, and cultivate resilient, faithful school cultures through disruption. Grounded in my doctoral research with 28 senior leaders from BC K–12 Christian schools, this CoP integrates a theological understanding of leadership with insights from complex adaptive systems and network science. Participants bring a current change challenge from their own context to develop practices for engaging resistance, mobilizing others, and taking faithful next steps toward a kingdom vision for their learning community.
