Kevin currently serves as K-12 Director of Instruction & Faith Formation at Langley Christian School. He has also taught education and leadership courses at Trinity Western University since 2020. His doctoral research at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University examined how British Columbia K-12 Christian school leaders navigate organizational disruption, complexity, and resistance to change.
Kevin’s work brings together Christian theology, network science, and adaptive leadership theory to help school leaders lead faithfully when things do not go as planned. Through his research, consulting, coaching, and facilitation, he equips Christian school leaders and teams with practical tools to navigate change, strengthen leadership networks, and engage resistance as a source of energy for learning and formation.
