Organizational disruption rarely arrives when we’re ready, and leading through it requires more than a good plan. For Christian school leaders navigating a current change challenge in their community, this Community of Practice explores two critical dimensions of change leadership: mobilizing people through networks and working with the energy of resistance to change. Together, we’ll consider practices that equip leaders to take faithful steps toward a kingdom vision for their learning community amid disruption.
