Recognizing the value of literacy instruction and God's gift of literature to us, this CoP on Literacy: Using Mentor Texts to Support Instruction will focus on what mentor texts are, how they can effectively be modeled and used to enhance student learning, and what practical steps teachers can take to include them in lessons and units for focused and meaningful instruction.
